This project aims to depict a wide vision to accommodate both public and private use in one defined site while maintaining simplicity and sobriety throughout the design.

The circular tower works as the site's watchtower and element, giving a pleasing appearance to the whole structure while maintaining the privacy of public space and private space by accommodating a green layer in between the fire station and residential blocks.
