M.p. Shah Medical College

The new building is an extension of the existing M.P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar which is designed considering 250 medical student admissions annually and 150 beds with MCI guidelines that facilitate the departments.

Vertical accessibility and circulation play an important role in the design approach which follows the basic functions of utility design: functionality and spatiality. Keeping in mind the user movement of a hospital, the building is strategically planned to segregate public zones: Administration and OPD and private zones: Treatment and Wards.
